- Pre-viewing AND WRITING: We use the top 25 revenue producing parts to write a bid. For pinnacle yard management users we use 2 letter pinnacle part codes, and for Hollander yard management systems the three digit part codes will be used. (See our bid sheet tab) For damage on body parts we will deduct a dollar value based on time or unit damage. Only A and B grade parts are written in this process.
- Pre bidding- bidding live auctions: Our bidding experts work all sales that we attend as an extension to the writing service we will buy under your number, or our number with your returned bids.
- Rebuildables and Wholesale sales of vehicles: As a licensed dealer we can pre-view write and bid a specific vehicle of your choice. We will guide and advise you of the vehicles actual cash value utilizing our data base, and other bidding tools available to our industry to give you the most comprehensive bid available. A complete and full payment is required for this service based off of the bid compiled and completed for you. There is a one time $150.00 non- refundable fee assessed if we buy the vehicle or not for this service. Call or e-mail us today with questions regarding this service.
